Using a comprehensive, customized suite of tools that we have developed especially for our clients, we work tirelessly to increase your Google and Bing [and any other search engine which provides organic rankings] organic rankings until the end of each six month term. We use the BEST OF BREED solutions in order to deliver maximum impact and results. One of the most powerful tools at our disposal is the dozen of high ranking websites we either own, operate or are affiliated with. For as well al know that back-links or inbound links to your site will be one of the deciding factors in how your keywords rank organically.
MONTH #1
We lay the groundwork…the foundation if you will, to ensure that your site can get as high as possible for your desired keywords. Tasks include an extensive ON PAGE S.E.O. makeover…..code as well as content must be updated and adhere to current standards. For example, fixing any issues regarding keywords, robots, sitemaps, etc. In this first phase we also create a sitemap if necessary and will submit your sitemap to Google. Google Webmaster Tools as well as Google Analytics will be used extensively through out the process and are first administered in this crucial first month. Please note that some sites will require more groundwork than others, hence the difference in monthly rates. For example, sites that have already been converted to WordPress will require less on page S.E.O.
MONTH #2
Code and Content improvement continues, as well as monitoring and strategics pertaining to inbound links. Analytics data is monitored and any modification to the code is then implemented. Much time is spent reviewing analytics data and implementing the changes dictated by the results.
Also in month #2, the back link process will being with us placing your links on the websites we either own, operate or are affiliated this. These links are apart of your monthly program and will remain as long as your monthly program is in effect. Should you decide to cancel your monthly OKR program the links will then be deleted and you may lose ranking. However, once all the links are in place and after 6 months, you are able to downgrade to our $199 per month option in order to keep and maintain all of your current links which in turn should impact the rankings. It is possible to delete links and keep current rankings, although with Google, you never can tell what is going to happen.
MONTH #3-6
These months are spent further monitoring and modifying, as well as placing your links on additional Internet Web Directories that we recommend. Some directories are free, others charge a fee. If we feel your ranking can improve by submitting to a specific web directory, you will be notified which website and what additional fee, if any is necessary. Any outside costs associated with link building is beyond the scope of the monthly OKR program and will be charged additional.
CONCLUSION
After 6 months, you may cancel your OKR program. Just keep in mind that the links on the websites that we either own, operate or are affiliated with will be deleted. You can avoid this by downgrading to our $99 per month maintenance and monitoring program. Or, based on the links we have placed, give you a flat annual rate for just keeping the links on our websites.
